Natalia has been my vocal teacher for three years. I am immensely grateful to her for our vocal progress and for the exciting journey we’ve been on together.

During this long time, not once have I thought about changing my teacher. The reason is simple: Natalia does everything to ensure that the lessons never become routine. In every lesson, Natalia introduced me to new approaches and techniques, which she continuously gathers and studies. She is not afraid to put herself in the students’ shoes and tirelessly attends courses to improve her qualifications. A great example of this is our exploration of extreme vocals. To take a more fundamental approach to teaching this style, Natalia herself first signed up with a teacher to learn it. Another example is songwriting, a topic that Natalia is also well-versed in and which we’ve practiced in our lessons. Through our sessions, I’ve learned various techniques and structured approaches to writing songs. Natalia has always helped me with the basics of music theory and worked to fill in the gaps in my musical education.

When it comes to singing, every lesson included a variety of vocal warm-ups and ear training. The lessons never had genre restrictions, as Natalia can find beauty in any style of music. In terms of teaching her students, Natalia has long developed an extraordinary "teacher’s ear”, the ability to identify exactly what a student is doing wrong from just one vocal phrase.

As a student, I could always trust that after every lesson, I would not only know my weak points but also have techniques to address them, directions for further growth, and the theoretical foundations (if that’s your interest) behind the process. Natalia also helps address psychological fears and blocks, teaching how to convey the right emotions in a song—an equally important aspect of performance.

I would also like to highlight that in individual lessons, one of the most crucial factors is relationship and communication with the teacher. No one can work long-term with a teacher who is unpleasant to interact with or who delivers unfair judgments or toxic remarks. I want to emphasize as much as possible that throughout all our studies, I have always considered Natalia not just my teacher and mentor but also a friend. Natalia is a great listener and approaches communication professionally, creating a safe environment in lessons for you to realize your potential. The lessons always felt like more than just routine training because Natalia tailors her approach to each individual and doesn’t treat her work as a conveyor belt.
